Delete your KarobarHelp account
You can delete your account and data at any time. Deleting is permanent.
In the app (fastest)
- Open the KarobarHelp app and sign in with your mobile number.
- Go to More (bottom right).
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account, then confirm twice.
What gets deleted
- Your login (mobile number and name).
- Every business you own, with all its data: bills, items, customers and suppliers, payments, expenses, stock, photos, API keys and customer-app listing.
- Your requests sent from the customer app.
What is kept
If you were staff in someone else’s business, the bills you made there stay with that business (they belong to its owner), without your name. Routine backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Can’t open the app?
Send us a request with the mobile number of the account from any KarobarHelp login, or contact us using the details below, and we will delete it within 30 days after confirming the number is yours.
