Frequently asked

Is my business data safe?

Your data is stored on secure servers and sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only you and the staff you add can see your business. Staff logins can be removed any time.

Can I use it on my computer?

Yes. Open karobarhelp.com/app in any browser and sign in with the same mobile number. Everything stays in sync with your phone.

Does it make GST invoices?

Yes. Add your GSTIN and the app works out CGST and SGST, or IGST for other states, with HSN codes, tax rates and round-off. Bills without GST work too.

My business type isn't listed. Can I still use it?

Yes — start with "Other Business" and send us a request from the app. We add new business types and features based on what owners ask for.

Can my staff use it?

Add staff by their mobile number. They sign in with their own OTP; you decide who is staff and who is admin.

How do I install the Android app?

Tap "Download Android app", open the downloaded file and allow installing from your browser if Android asks. It installs like any other app.
